Returns and Cancellations: We do not accept returns on opened items due to the consumable nature of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a full refund or free replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your items upon receipt. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Please note that original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For returns, our delivery partner will pick up the product within 2-3 working days.
