After that, we pack it securely and send it off to our trusted delivery partners, who ensure its delivered straight to your doorstep, ready to fuel your day.
Order Process
When you place an order on www.rootsdelphic.com the roasting process begins almost immediately. Our beans don’t sit around; they’re roasted with precision to give you the freshest coffee possible. We carefully package it up and send it off to our delivery partners. Your item will be shipped to the address you provide when placing your order, so make sure it’s the correct one! If you spot a mistake, let us know ASAP, as we can only make address changes before the package is handed off for delivery.
In the rare case your address falls outside our delivery partner’s reach (yes, some hidden corners of the world are tough to reach), don’t worry! Our team will reach out to find a solution so you don’t miss out on the caffeine goodness.
Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to get your coffee into your hands within 5-7 working days for all domestic orders. We deliver all week long – yes, even on weekends and public holidays! So no matter what day it is, we’re working hard to get your order to you.
Note: While we love delivering coffee on time, there are a few things beyond our control. During festivals, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, political happenings, or other unexpected events, delivery might be delayed. But don’t fret!
